This location is horrible. Service is horrible. Attitudes are horrible. I have never had a good experience from this location. They always get the order wrong or they are extremely late. They just suck. I'm not going back to this location.
Terrible service!! didnt answer phone after calling for an hr then had outdoor light off as if they were closed!! Will never be ordering here again also managment was very rude
Why is this place even open??? Called like 3 times to place an order but more importantly, see if they have a delivery driver as my last order never arrived. Literally the WORSE experience and sucks, as we do not have many choices in powhatan. Whoever owns, runs this BS chain needs to be removed ... i'm done with you PIZZA HUT POWHATAN!!!!
Pizza was really good and not overcooked. Service was nice and quick. Definitely has the trademark Pizza Hut taste if that's your thing. Would recommend if you're looking for a quick "fast food" pizza. They seem to have everything together at this place unlike others I've been to in the past.
Pizza is good, although a little oily. I would consider their Deep-dish Pizza to be a bit like the Uno Pizzeria franchise. I hear they also have a thin crust pizza. If you remember not to compare it with AUTHENTIC NYC Pizzeria's & You won't be disappointed.
